I contacted customer service and the rep told me that I had add-ons totalling $6 and that shipping ($9.99) had been free on the first order. The first order was charged as expected and arrived on time at a price of $***** The 2nd order was charged to my account at a price of $72.33 a difference of $30.59. The initial offering stated that the discount would be the same over 5 shipments unless add-ons were chosen. I initially signed up under a discount for veterans.
